INDIA Shopping provides an equal business platform for registered Independent Associates. All incentives, matching bonuses, spillover rewards, and royalty turnover distributions are strictly contingent upon personal skill, dedication, consistent retail sales effort, and team volume performance.

We do not guarantee or promise any fixed, passive, or assured return on investment.

2. Binary Matching & Business Volume (BV) Calculations

• Incentives are calculated on a 1:1 Binary BV matching formula between Left Team and Right Team sales volume.
• Incentive payments are distributed weekly directly into verified bank accounts after deducting applicable statutory taxes (TDS) under Section 194H of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961.
• No commissions or earnings are credited solely for enrolling or introducing new individuals without retail product sales turnover.

3. Anti-Pyramid & Anti-Money Circulation Declaration

INDIA Shopping operates in rigorous compliance with the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 and the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Any associate found misrepresenting Company plans as an investment scheme or quick-money promise will be permanently de-registered.
