1. Statutory 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Rule 5(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, INDIA Shopping provides every customer and newly registered associate with an unconditional 7-Day Cooling-Off Period starting from the exact date of delivery of the physical Joining Package.

During this 7-day window, if an associate or consumer is dissatisfied with the received product or wishes to cancel their association, they may initiate a return request and obtain a full refund of their joining amount without penalty.

2. Product Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a valid refund or doorstep replacement under our policy, the following criteria must be satisfied:

• Unused & Merchantable: Physical goods (Sarees, Mink Blankets, Suit Fabrics, LED Bulbs) must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in clean, original resalable condition.
• Original Packaging: Products must be accompanied by all original brand tags, labels, warranty inserts, and protective boxes.
• Transit Damage or Defective Delivery: In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives physically damaged or defective, the recipient must report it to our customer care within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photographs. Free replacement will be expedited immediately.

3. Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch

If you have registered or purchased an item and wish to cancel the order before it has been dispatched from our central fulfillment warehouse, you can submit a cancellation request through your Member Dashboard -> Support Ticket or by contacting our helpdesk. Pre-dispatch cancellations are processed with immediate 100% refund.

4. Refund Disbursement Timelines

Upon safe receipt and quality verification of the returned goods at our central facility, the approved refund will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Refunds are credited back directly to the original bank account / UPI / payment source used during order activation.
• Depending on banking clearance cycles, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
• Note: Upon refund execution under the cooling-off period, any corresponding business volume (BV) and matching benefits generated on that order will be adjusted from the upline genealogy.
