• Processing & Packaging: Every confirmed physical product order (Banarasi Saree, Mink Blanket, Ladies Suit, Safari Fabric, LED Bulbs) is verified, quality-checked, and packed within 24 to 48 business hours of order activation.
• Metro & Tier-1 Cities: Estimated delivery timeline is 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Towns: Estimated delivery timeline is 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
• Remote, Rural & North-Eastern Regions: Estimated delivery timeline is 7 to 10 business days via Speed Post / surface courier.

4. Live Order Tracking

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, an automated dispatch notification containing the Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Number and direct tracking URL is generated. Associates can also monitor real-time shipment status anytime by navigating to Dashboard -> Orders.

5. Undelivered or Incorrect Address Protocols

The courier personnel will attempt delivery up to three (3) consecutive times. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect phone number, locked premises, or customer unavailability, it will be held at the nearest courier hub and our corporate helpdesk will reach out to schedule re-delivery.
